Frequently asked questions
Can you setup inside or does it need to be outside?
Yes, we can setup inside your venue if the venue has a least a 10x10 garage door. Otherwise we will setup at the entrance of your venue or where ever the party is outside the venue. You will need to have permission from your venue for us to attend your event.
What if our venue doesn't have an outside power source?
No problem! If your venue doesn't have power outside, we will bring our own generator to power the camper. If your venue does have outside power, we ask to be within 100ft from the venue.
Do you provide prints?
Yes, all packages come with digital images and prints. Your prints strip is completely customizable to your liking.
How would I see photos of our guest from our event?
All images from the event are saved to on online gallery that will be emailed to you the next day. This gallery will be active for 1 calendar year. Feel free to download any or all images from your event.
